Returns

-In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) The customer may resign from the goods purchased in the store without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.

-The condition is the perfect condition of the goods, showing no signs of use (unused). All products must be returned in their original packaging. Returned goods must be accompanied by a document confirming the order (receipt or invoice) and the completed return form, available for download HERE.

-The return must be agreed by e-mail. The message should be sent to the following address: info@noshe.pl or using the contact form in our store (Information -> contact).

-The money for the returned product will be refunded by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

- WE DO NOT ACCEPT returns of personalized products.

- In the event of returning the goods, the customer bears the costs of shipping the goods to and from the customer.

-The store does not accept packages sent COD or shipped without prior consultation.

Exchange

Exchange of goods should be agreed by e-mail. The message should be sent to the following address: info@noshe.pl or using the contact form in our store (Information -> contact).

In the event of goods replacement, the customer bears the costs of replacing the goods to and from the customer.

After receiving the parcel by the store, new goods are shipped within 3 business days.

The store does not accept packages sent COD or shipped without prior consultation.

The goods to be exchanged should be sent by registered mail or courier to the following address:

Complaints

If, after receiving the goods, the Customer finds that it is not in accordance with the order: the type of product, model, or technical defects do not match, he should contact the store to determine the manner of considering the complaint.

The message should be sent to the following address: info@noshe.pl or using the contact form in our store (Information -> contact).

All complaints are considered within 14 working days of their receipt at the latest.

Complaints regarding the difference in the appearance of the goods ordered with the received ones, which result from the difference in the settings of the monitor parameters, in particular the difference in colors and shades, do not constitute the basis for the return of the goods.

The buyer should agree the form of shipping with the seller.

We do not accept parcels sent COD or shipped without prior consultation.

The complaint package should be sent by economic registered mail along with a completed complaint form and a receipt, to be downloaded HERE to the following address:
